DVD and on-line stain removal training
KANSAS CITY, MO — GreenEarth Cleaning LLC posted a new online tool to support its affiliates — video training on proper standard operating procedures for stain removal.
The video is specific to GreenEarth Cleaning and the Adco, Kreussler and Seitz product lines, and features representatives from each company demonstrating tools and techniques for pre- and post spotting.
Produced with the help of a collaboration between additive companies that normally compete with one another, GreenEarth’s video puts the spotlight on a growing industry need for hands-on training at the spotting board.
GreenEarth took on the video project after a survey revealed a growing interest in stain removal expertise. The same survey also found many GreenEarth affiliates use additives from Adco, Kreussler and Seitz.
GreenEarth invited these companies to Kansas City to demonstrate their products and techniques, and filmed their demonstrations in high-definition video. The resulting video will be available to GreenEarth affiliates in interactive DVD format and on the web, in a password-protected section of the company’s website.
To supplement the video training, GreenEarth has posted downloadable reference material on its website. The company also hosted a roundtable discussion on a variety of spotting topics for the benefit of its affiliates. The panel discussion included participants from Adco, Kreussler and Seitz and was geared to address stain removal topics beyond the scope of the training video; it was recorded and transcribed as an additional learning resource provided free to GreenEarth Affiliates.
