GreenEarth® Hands-On Workshop A Hands-Down Success
Innovation and results-focused workshop held in Kansas City
More than 100 people attended our GreenEarth regional workshop October 28th and 29th in Kansas City, Missouri. Traveling from places as far away as the U.K, Mexico, Canada, New York and California, GreenEarth Affiliates worked together as a team with GreenEarth professionals and industry partners to share ideas, expertise and experiences. Energy and enthusiasm was high all weekend long as Affiliates engaged in interactive, hands-on sessions designed to help them take their business to the next level. On Friday, Mary Scalco of the DLI and Nora Nealis of the NCA, joined the GreenEarth panel in our discussion “Where is the Industry Going”? Also on the agenda were store visits, to a local GreenEarth Affiliate, Tide Dry Cleaners followed by a cocktail/dinner reception at Deer Creek Country Club. On Saturday, Affiliates gathered for a GreenEarth Global Innovations Update presented by Tim Maxwell and our group then spent the day in small, interactive group sessions on a wide range of topics: · Growing Your Business with Jim Barry and Ron Benjamin· How to Develop a Marketing Plan with Jim Barry and Ron Benjamin· Intro to Every Door Direct Mail with Stacy Sopcich· Learn About GreenEarth’s Email Marketing Program with Stacy Sopcich and Micah Sonderman· Social Media Marketing & GreenEarth’s QR Codes Program with Joe Barnhill and Karen Maxwell· Out-of-the-box creative signage solutions with Stacy Sopcich and Andy Fox· Textile know-how with Donna Freese, Textile Expert from Adco· Technical innovations and problem solving with Jim Douglas and representatives from Adco, A.L. Wilson, E.M. Soap, Fabritec, FabriClean Supply, Katzson Brothers, Multimatic, Realstar, Seitz, Service Tech Inc., Streets, and Union.Sunday many GreenEarth Affiliates took the morning to enjoy the weather and a round of golf at Deer Creek Country Club. Fun was had by all and it was nice to see so many enjoy their Sunday morning on the course.GreenEarth Affiliates, mark your calendars! The next workshop has been scheduled for Friday, April 20, 2012 to Sunday, April 22, 2012. We are scouting the country to pick the perfect location and will keep you posted!
