OXXO Houston to open a second store
Houston, TX, March 13, 2018— OXXO Care Cleaners®, the environmentally friendly garment cleaning franchise that operates nationwide and was first to use Greenearth® solvents while offering 24/7 ATM-style service in a European boutique setting, announced today that OXXO Houston celebrates one year serving the city of Houston in March and the owners plan to open a new store in 2018. In celebration, OXXO Houston will offer a 10% discount to local business professionals and to all local residential neighborhoods throughout the months of March and April.
“We opened our doors a year ago. While Harvey affected residents and all local businesses, during the last few months, we have seen tremendous interest and repeat customers from local professionals and residents. Many of OXXO Houston’s customers are in the oil industry, requiring them to connect with other time zones, daily. Many must arrive at work at 3 am so, in this area, 24/7 service is not a luxury – it’s a necessity. They demand friendly and fast, quality service like our exclusive hand ironed service. OXXO services the entire district, which extends a 7-mile (11 km) stretch of Interstate 10 (the Katy Freeway) from Gessner westward to Katy and extends south along Eldridge Parkway to Richmond. “Soon, OXXO Houston will offer Pickup and Delivery service, thereby expanding its reach, and, a new store is on the horizon, also in the Houston area. Lastly, we are thrilled to announce that we will be offering kiosks to local energy companies as well as drop store conversions,” said Salomon Mishaan, Franchisor.
Local store owners Mary & Silvia Garcés were former family business owners in Venezuela before migrating to the U.S. so they know how to provide excellent customer service. OXXO is the only green cleaning franchise in Houston to combine hand ironing on site and in front of the customer, 24/7 pickup and drop off through the ATM machine, the use of a dermatologic and eco-friendly cleaning solvent called “GreenEarth®,” instead of the commonly used chemical perc (Perclorethelyne) a carcinogenic which is unhealthy for both human skin and garments, all into a clean and neat boutique style concept.
