As the holidays approach there is no better time to help our stores focus on the opportunity to engage with customers in a positive and energetic way.

The annual pressure is on and everyone has more to do than is normal and the weather does not always cooperate.

For customers and employees alike, it is all too easy to be distracted and edgy so this is the best of times to shine brightly.

The GreenEarth network of dry cleaners already has an edge over the competition by virtue of the positive differences we enjoy.

Encouraging everyone to make every interaction the best possible experience for customers always makes sense but especially when in short supply.

Earning the loyalty of your customers is a goal that is rewarding for customers and employees alike.

The same wisdom holds true within the company as the employees who sense their value and worth are enabled to be enthusiastic about themselves and their interactions with the public. Enthusiasm is a very compelling and contagious emotion.
